QSR" or Quick Serve Restaurants are known by the rest of the world as "fast-food" places. At Cooke, that market segment has been a specialty from the start. During the pandemic the "QSR" world discovered it needed the ability to flow more volume through their drive-thrus. To that end, Cooke managed several high-paced drive-thru and interior renovations for Biscuitville over a 2 year period.

The work was intense and completed in no more than 6 weeks start to finish in each case. Projects consisted of adding steel canopies with heaters, fans, new menu boards, speaker posts and most importantly, creating double-drive thrus out of single-drives. Cooke also added to and renovated various interior and exterior elements of the restaurants with each project. Each restaurant stayed open during construction which was really the biggest feat. It requires careful planning with the owner, night work and a heightened focus on safety throughout each project.
